How to Choose “Best”
What to Consider
NOW PILATES REFORMER GROUP ARE PART OF ALL OUR MEMBERSHIPS AND CLASS PACKS.
“Best” depends on how often you expect to attend, your flexibility, and how much commitment you’re comfortable with. Key considerations:
If you plan to go very often (4+ classes/week), you want the unlimited / “SEVEN” plan because it gives maximal usage and the lowest marginal cost per class.
If you’re less frequent (1–3 classes per week), one of the “THREE / TWO / ONE” plans might give you better ROI (i.e. you’re not paying for unused classes).
If you’re not sure you’ll stick, the 30‑day “New Member” offer is a low‑risk way to try things out.
Also factor in the extra perks (discounts on food/drinks, workshops) which can tilt value in favor of a higher tier if you use those perks.
The minimum 3‑month commitment is something to weigh: you should feel confident you’ll use enough classes to make it worthwhile.
Best Option & Why
Given the options, here’s what I’d consider the “best” in typical scenarios:
If you plan to attend frequently (>= 4 classes per week on average):
The SEVEN (unlimited) plan at £130/month is likely the best. Even if you don’t always hit 4+ classes weekly, the flexibility and the 10% discount perks (on food, workshops) add extra value. Once you attend more than, say, 4 or 5 classes a week, the “per class” cost is very low relative to lower tiers. If you're moderate (1–3 classes per week):
A mid‑tier plan like THREE (3 classes/week) might offer the best balance. It gives you flexibility but you’re not paying for vastly more capacity than you’ll use. It’s more cost‑effective than always buying single classes or packs if you’ll attend consistently. If you’re unsure / first time / want to try:
The New Member 30 Days option is great. It’s low risk — you can sample lots of classes, see whether the schedule, instructors and formats suit you. After that, you can choose a recurring plan more confidently.
So in short:
Best “full use” plan → SEVEN, if you’ll go often.
Best “balanced” plan → THREE, if your attendance is moderate.
Best “test / trial” option → 30‑day offer, if you’re new or uncertain.
📊 Breakdown: Membership Cost per Class
Let’s assume you attend the maximum allowed classes per week under each plan (to get the best possible value from each). Then we can estimate a per-class cost and compare.
Each plan is monthly, and let’s assume 4.33 weeks/month (average).
🟢 SEVEN (Unlimited) — £130/month
If you attend:
Classes/weekTotal classes/monthCost per class
13 £130 ÷ 13 = £10.004
17 £130 ÷ 17 = £7.655
22 £130 ÷ 22 = £5.916
26 £130 ÷ 26 = £5.007
30 £130 ÷ 30 = £4.33
✅ Best value if you're attending 5+ classes/week.
Break-even vs "THREE" occurs around 4+ classes/week.🟡 THREE (3 per week) — £100/month
3 × 4.33 = ~13 classes/month
£100 ÷ 13 = £7.69 per class
✅ Great for consistent 3x/week attendance.
⚠️ Poorer value if you miss classes or want more than 3/week.🟠 TWO (2 per week) — £70/month
2 × 4.33 = ~8.7 classes/month
£70 ÷ 8.7 = £8.05 per class
✅ Works if you’ll attend exactly twice per week.
⚠️ Worse value if you skip or want more than 2/week.🔵 ONE (1 per week) — £50/month
1 × 4.33 = £4.33 classes/month
£50 ÷ 4.33 = £11.55 per class
⚠️ Most expensive per class (except for single drop-ins).
🆕 New Member Offer — £60 for 30 sessions in 30 days
Max of 30 classes
£60 ÷ 30 = £2.00 per class
✅ Incredible value if you can use even 15–20 of the sessions.
⚠️ But expires in 30 days — it's a one-time intro.🧮 Final Notes
If you consistently attend 4+ classes per week, SEVEN is most economical.
If you’ll go 2–3 times a week, go for TWO or THREE depending on your pace.
30-day trial is excellent to test commitment before locking into the 3-month minimum term.
All plans have a 3-month minimum, so be sure your routine is stable before choosing a tier.
