It’s really important that you are aware of the following conditions:

• Once you have decided which type of party you would like and the number of participants to attend, it will be necessary to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, equal to 50% of the value of the party. The deposit is non-refundable because if a date is reserved for you, it can’t be given to anyone else.

• Your date will not be reserved until we have received payment of the deposit.

• If you opt for a Weekend Party with the Tea Party option, you are welcome to bring your own cake and decorations. However, you may not bring any food or drink other than the cake and, if bringing decorations, you must take them away with you at the end of the party. Please ensure that only a limited number of people attend to put up decorations. Guests should not arrive prior to the designated start time of the party.

• Any changes to guest numbers must be communicated to Green & Blue Studios in writing no less than 3 days prior to the date of the party in order that we can make appropriate arrangements. This is particularly relevant if the option of a refund is to be considered. Guest numbers may not fall below the stated minimum for each party type i.e. 6 for Friday parties or 8 for weekend parties.

• Please remember that these parties are for children. Adults are welcome to attend and spend time in our cafe while the party takes place. They are only permitted to consume food or drinks purchased in the cafe. No alcohol may be consumed on the premises.

• By booking the party you confirm that all of the participants will be healthy and able to participate on the requested date.

• By booking the party you give consent for Green & Blue Studios coaches to support, spot and generally help the participants, by any suitable means. This is to keep them safe while using the aerial equipment.

• By booking the party you agree to hold Green and Blue Studios Limited and any of the Green & Blue Studios coaches free and harmless of any liability for any death, injury or health problems that may result from or be aggravated by participating in the party.

• Please arrive promptly at your booking time.

• You are welcome to arrive up to 30 min early If you have decorations you would like to put up in the cafe, but please let us know if you plan to do this so that we can ensure that someone is there to open the door. NB: If you bring decorations with you, they must be removed at the end of your party.

• Participants should wear clothing to protect their skin e.g. long leggings or fitted tracksuit bottoms. The tummy should be covered. A t-shirt that doesn’t ride up or that can be tucked in for going upside down is fine, but no crop tops are allowed. Stud earrings are OK but any loose jewellery e.g. necklaces, bracelets, hoop earrings must be removed for safety reasons.

• Only the participants of the party may use the aerial equipment (i.e. no parents).

• In the interest of safety, access to the aerial studio is restricted to the party guests and the parents/guardians of the child whose party it is. Assuming they have the permission of the other parents, they may take photos. However, they may not teach, help, use the equipment or participate in the aerial classes. Other relations, parents/guardians of other children, etc. must wait in the cafe area.
