Easter Holiday Camps
We have two boys, 8 and 9, so we know how challenging the school holidays can be, particularly when it comes to keeping your children entertained. While we’d probably settle for anything that keeps them away from their screens for a few hours (Roblox, anyone?), as parents we really want our children to enjoy a break filled with wholesome, healthy activities. If they can learn new skills, make friends, and stay active at the same time, then so much the better. Well, the good news is that the Green & Blue Studios Easter Holiday Camps are back and they offer just that.
Our holiday courses are designed to provide a fun and engaging environment for children to explore new activities, improve their existing skills and meet new people their age who share their interests. They offer a break from the usual routine of school and provide children with the opportunity to try something different or to practice something they already love doing.
The children take part in the five main aerial circus skills offered at Green & Blue Studios: Rope (or to give it it’s posh name, corde lisse), Hoop (AKA lyra or cerceau), Sling, Static Trapeze, and Silks. These skills require coordination, strength and flexibility, which are all developed during the course. Children hone their skills each day, building confidence as they master new moves and routines.
Aside from aerial circus, the children will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of other activities such as acrobatics, gymnastics, parkour, stage combat, dance, face painting, and lots more. These additional activities provide children with the chance to develop their social skills and mix with the wider group.
This Easter, for the first time, we’re offering complete flexibility on bookings, giving you the option to choose the number of days and specific dates they would like their children to attend. They don’t need to be consecutive. We hope the additional flexibility will allow you to fit the camps around your existing plans.
Our Easter camps run between Monday 3rd to Friday 14th April (excluding Easter weekend and Easter Monday) from 10am - 3pm and cost £59 per day. It’s important to note that these courses tend to fill up quickly, and have always sold out in the past. Therefore, it’s essential to book promptly to secure your child’s place.
