“Brilliant course, a really great addition to my skillset as I have just
qualified as fitness instructor. Amanda’s expertise and insight are invaluable”.”
Course leader: Amanda Miles
“The amount of classroom discussion and practical workshops
were very suitable to aid my understanding of aerial theory...I really
enjoyed the teaching atmosphere and the way Amanda passed on
her knowledge””
The course is lead by Amanda Miles, the founder of My Aerial Home and Air Dance Productions and a big name in the world of Aerial. She has choreographed many aerial pieces for companies such as P & O and Lotus Cars and celebrities such as Naughty Boy (MOBO Awards) and is currently executive producer on seven new aerial shows for a new ship, The Arvia for Carnival Cruises.
Amanda also runs My Aerial Home (Sydenham, South East London) and has been training both hobby aerialists and professional performers for almost 15 years.
Our teacher training programme is designed to make the trainers think about aerial teaching in a holistic manner. From muscles and movement to head and health.
This Teacher training programme has spawned 12 new aerial spaces (and counting!) in London, the UK around the world. At Green and Blue Studios we are proud to be one of them and so grateful to Amanda for her ongoing advice and support.
““The course was set up brilliantly. The mix of theory and practical
made it manageable. Everyone was helpful to each other. I learnt so
much! “”
