Yoga + Pilates + Barre

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves movement, meditation, breathing techniques and deep stretching to promote mental and physical well-being.

Pilates is a complete mind/body exercise and an incredible way to strengthen your core and entire body.

Barre is a modality inspired and created from dance and ballet. It’s a combination of big movements followed by shortened movements, isometric holds and pulses.

Aerial Yoga + Aerial Dance

We aim to provide fun and effective classes in a friendly and supportive environment to improve your fitness, teach you a unique new skill and increase your self-confidence!

Our classes are for anyone and everyone who wants to learn an aerial art that involves fitness, upper-body strength and flexibility

Bodyweight Training + Aerial callisthenics

On this programme you will learn to throw your bodyweight around with ease, but not every exercise is done at high tempo. This plan slows the pace down with pauses, increased range of motion, varied stability and variations on classic moves to keep your muscles challenged. The result will be functional strength you never thought you’d achieve.
